Similar to a traditional Account Director, we are seeking a “Partner Success Manager”

The AD or Partner Success Mgr will serve as the business owner and leader of partner websites. This includes setting the strategies for partner communities and then ultimately managing the day-to-day operations and teams needed to fulfill the achievement of the community objectives. Below is a high level summary of accountability:

Relationship Management
Relationship building with all key client stakeholders
Ensure high level of visibility at all levels within the client structure
Constant communication, training and flow on BI and new product releases

Strategic Direction/Consulting
Develop strategic plans for each community & ensure client buy-in
Strategic Consulting to key stakeholders on use of the platform and performance against objectives
Work to provide strategic support on all online interactions
Apply best practices to all communities

Performance Monitoring
Set and track performance against company KPIs
Weekly check ins with each property owner on progress against goal
Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on performance

Ensure Seamless Execution of day-to-day client support & community management
Development & Oversight of all acquisition, activation and retention planning
review moderation

SEO optimization
All community related issues are resolved promptly
Responsive customer-response and high degree of accountability
Team monitoring: All sites are getting A+ service

Account Development
Ensure contracts are in place for all work
Build client trust and recommend appropriate new work streams
Support billing and monitoring of all revenue trends
Ensure Client Satisfaction- Overall client satisfaction rating of 7/10

Team Management
Develop your team and encourage their growth and company engagement
